Feeling Lucky?

Ayami took a deep breath as she held her daughter. The baby girl was always making noise. Why? Couldn't she be quiet just for a moment? She wondered how her son was going to be. Ayami had never felt such joy in her life. A family. She finally had it. Ayami never knew her own family. She had always been sad and dreamed that one day she would be able to meet her parents. But now, she had her own little ones. "I am a very lucky one. I have two children, even though I have yet to meet my son. I bet you are excited, huh little Yume?" She held her up so she could rub her nose against the baby's. "Hmm, I wonder what you father will think of you? I am sure he will be proud, even though he might not say it. He has his moments." She sighed blissfully.

She walked along but soon she saw a crowd of people. Her heart began to beat faster as she saw her beloved in the middle of the crowd. Gasping, she began to run. There were new people with him, but that didn't matter, he was back with her other child. She pushed through some people and bumped into someone who was rather tall. Ayami didn't take a moment to even look at the person that she ran into. "Sorry, I am just trying to get to my family." She called out, pushing her way through even more. "To my son...."
